Community: Located in the foothills of the Wichita Mountains, Lawton Fort Sill is the center of commerce in southwest Oklahoma. We are a place where heritage, individuality and diversity are embraced and respected. We are an engaged, healthy & progressive community, a safe place to live, learn, work, play and prosper. LCS has a diverse student body with a population that is 49% white, 30% African American, 10% Hispanic, 8% Asian, and 3$ Native American.

School: Lawton Christian School is a comprehensive private school enrolling around 250 students in grades K3-12. The school opened in the fall of 1976 and graduated its first senior class in the spring of 1979. Lawton Christian School is accredited by the Association of Christian Teachers and Schools and the Oklahoma State Department of Education as a member of OPSAC (Oklahoma Private School Accrediting Commission), as well as the National Council for Private School Accreditation.
