Blue Friday T-shirt Order Form:

PRESCHOOL AND ELEMENTARY STUDENTS ONLY!

It's time to order your BLUE FRIDAY T-SHIRTS. Remember one shirt per student is included with your Academic Fee.  Additional T-shirts may be ordered at a cost of $10 for sizes Youth X-small - Adult X-large OR $13 for Adult XX-large and XXX-large. Payment for additional shirts is expected upon pick-up. Orders are due by August 2.

 

***NOTE to parents of PRESCHOOLERS: This form is NOT NECESSARY if you have previously submitted a PAPER ORDER FORM during enrollment.
